I like the petrol blue and the gradients in your start menu. Though I prefer a smaller taskbar, I think this is a very well composed VS. Your startbutton (grey in your screenshot, blue when unused) is wonderful in its simplicity. Good work!

Just one suggestion, a Full-size Start menu would be nice and something else for the XP of the stat button, maybe a Tribal sort of sign like in the start menu. Would love a version like that ^^

I agree on all counts. I love the shading of the title bars bu the "compact" start menu really doesn't do it. the start button needs a bit of innovation too. you might want to shade the taskbar the same way you did the title bars - those look incredible. The color scheme is definitely excellent.
